1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ISEQO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17341372, with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX ("ISEQO LTD", "we", "us", "our"). ISEQO LTD provides the Campaign Medic software platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Campaign Medic is a self-service software platform that connects to supported advertising and analytics accounts, retrieves live performance data, runs automated diagnostics and presents prioritised recommendations. It is not an advertising agency and does not provide outsourced campaign management through the platform. All changes to a connected advertising account require your explicit approval; the Service does not make account changes without your confirmation, checks approved changes against server-side guardrails, records them, and is designed so they can be reversed.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connecting advertising accounts

When you connect a Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console account, you authorise Campaign Medic to access that account's data and, where applicable, to apply changes you explicitly approve. You represent that you have the authority to connect the accounts you link and to authorise those actions. You can disconnect any account at any time. Campaign Medic is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or LinkedIn Corporation, and your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

5. AI-generated recommendations

Recommendations produced by the Service are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that acting on a recommendation will improve performance. You are solely responsible for the changes you approve. Review the change shown before confirming any action.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law (including applicable consumer-cancellation rights), we do not refund partial billing periods.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any advertising platform's policies or any applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
Circumvent plan limits or abuse the Service's APIs.
Use the Service in connection with illegal products or services.
Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by ISEQO LTD and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with them. You retain all rights in your own account data and the advertising data you connect.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISEQO LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of ad spend, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
